Schokoladen Kaviar mit dunkler Ganache gefüllt

Chocaviar Pralinen 75% sind dunkle Pralinen gefüllt mit dunkler Ganache umhüllt von Chocaviar.  Der Chocaviar soll an echten Kaviar erinnern und wird in einem aufwändigen Verfahren hergestellt. Dunkle Schokolade wird in mehreren dünnen Schichten gestapelt und anschliessend in feine Stücke geschnitten und in dunkler Schokolade aus Ecudor gewälzt. Mit den getrockneten Stückchen werden die dunkel gefüllten Pralinen überzogen und dann verpackt. Die Chocaviar Pralinen 75% gehören zu den beliebtesten Produkten von Venchi. Die Cubotto Chocaviar sind glutenfrei und zu 12 Stück in der Tüte verpackt .
