Schokoladenkaviar mit Zartbittercreme gefüllt

Die Pralinen Chocaviar 75% sind dunkle Pralinen gefüllt mit dunkler Ganache umhüllt von Schokoladen Kaviar Chocaviar. Der Chocaviar besteht aus dunkler Schokolade mit 75% Kakaogehalt.

Hergestellt wird der Chocaviar in einem aufwändigen Verfahren in mehreren Schichten. Die dünnen Schichten an Schokolade werden in sehr kleine Schokoladen Stückchen geschnitten und mit dunkler Schokolade aus Südamerika überzogen. Mit diesem Chocaviar werden verschiedene Sorten an Pralinen ummantelt und verpackt. Die Chocaviar 75% Praline ist eine der beliebtesten Sorten unter den verpackten Pralinen.

Die zartbittersüßen Verführungen sind einzeln schwarz verpackt. Die Cubotto Chocaviar Pralinen 75%  sind glutenfrei.

Dem Geruch nach eine kräftige Schokolade.
Der Anteil der Creme in der Füllung war geringer, als auf dem Foto zu erkennen, da Extralagen der dunklen Schokolade eingefügt waren.
