Schokoladenkaviar mit Haselnuss Creme Füllung

Chocaviar Creme Cacao Pralinen  sind dunkle Pralinen gefüllt mit Gianduja Ganache umhüllt von Chocaviar. Die Hülle aus Vollmilchschokolade ist mit einer Giandujacreme gefüllt und mit 75% Chocaviar ummantelt.

Der Chocoviar wird in einem aufwändigen Verfahren schichtweise hergestellt. Die geschichtete Schokolade wird fein geschnitten und in dunkler Schokolade aus Ecuador gewälzt. Die so entstandenen Kaviarkugeln sind die Krönung für die 3 Sorten Cubotti Chocaviar. Cubotto Chocaviar Crème Cacao ist glutenfrei. Die Pralinen sind einzeln verpackt. Vorsicht: Suchtgefahr!
