Schokoladenkaviar mit Karamell Creme Füllung

Chocaviar Crème Brulé Pralinen  sind Pralinen aus Vollmilchschokolade gefüllt mit Karamellcreme umhüllt von Chocaviar. Der Chocoaviar besteht aus dunkler Schokolade mit 75% Kakaogehalt. Er wird in einem aufwendigen Verfahren hergestellt. Mehrere Schichten an dunkler Schokolade werden in kleine Stücke geschnitten und dann in 75% Schokolade getaucht. Der Schokoladen Kaviar wird für die Bestreuung der Cubotto Pralinen verwendet.

Die Pralinen sind einzeln rot verpackt. Die Cubotto Chocaviar Creme Brulé Pralinen sind glutenfrei.
