Pastries with marzipan from Italy

The soft marzipan biscuits with pistachios are easy to make: the best almonds, peeled or unpeeled, sugar, a little honey and Pistachios, rounded off with a hint of vanilla.

The fresh marzipan is kneaded and briefly baked. When baking the dough cracks a little, which gives it its incomparable and individual shape. Finally, add a little powdered sugar and pistachio powder, and the delicious pastries are ready.

It goes well every season and every occasion.
