Marmalade/Jam

The jam is made from fresh Corinthian apricots . Deligreece uses 85g of fruit per 100g of jam, almost double the amount of fruit that is legally required for the production of extra jam. You can taste it! The jam therefore has less sugar, namely only 15%. No additives are used, just preserved with lemon juice, completely natural, without chemicals.

The ripe apricots from Corinth are lovingly handcrafted into a fantastic jam immediately after harvest. Enjoy the fruit spread with pancakes, yoghurt or as a cake topping.

The apricot jam extra 85% fruit content should be kept cool after opening.
