In the east of Crete, in a remote region, the hardworking bees collect the honey from the sage flowers. The bees are specially brought to the mountains to the places where the sage grows, so that they can take as much as possible of the nectar from the sage flowers. Only in this way can the unique sage honey from Crete be created.

A delicate soft honey with subtle mild notes. Floral, juicy and very slightly sweet.
