Butter cookies from Goulibeur of Poitiers with roasted on ions and a touch of Grana Padano cheese. In addition to onions (9%) and PDO Grana Padano cheese, the recipe of the cookies includes fresh eggs,sugar, sea salt, a little canola oil. The cookies are an ideal accompaniment to wine or aperitif.
