Buttergebäck von Goulibeur aus Poitiers mit griechischen, schwarzen Oliven und einem Hauch Grana Padano Käse. Der Olivenanteil beträgt ganze 20% !  Neben Oliven beinhaltet das Rezept der Kekse frische Eier, PDO Grana Padano Käse, Zucker, Meesalz, etwas Rapsöl und einer Prise Pfeffer. Das Gebäck ist ein idealer Begleiter zu Wein oder Apéritif.
