Sablés Olives - savory pastry with olives

Pastries for aperitif

Butter pastry from Goulibeur of Poitiers with Greek black olivesand a touch of Grana Padano cheese. The olive content is a full 20% !  Besides olives, the recipe of the cookies includes fresh eggs, PDO Grana Padano cheese, sugar, sea salt, a little canola oil and a pinch of pepper. The biscuits are an ideal accompaniment to wine or aperitif.
