Risotto al Tartufo - Trüffel-Risotto

Die Risottomischung aus hochwertigem Arborio-Reis mit Sommertrüffel-Stückchen lässt Feinschmecker-Herzen höher schlagen. Sein unverwechselbares Aroma. Servieren Sie Risotto als Mittagstisch oder Abendessen, und ggf. Beilage zu Fisch oder Geflügel und begeistern Sie Ihre Gäste mit diesem außergewöhnlichen Gaumenschmaus!

Es klappt voll einfach und wenige Zutaten verschmelzen zu einem wunderbaren Gericht.

Zubereitung

In einer Pfanne Zwiebeln, Salz und Pfeffer in nativem Olivenöl extra erhitzen, anschließend das Risotto hinzugeben und kurz anbraten. Geben Sie 850ml warmes Wasser hinzu und während der Garzeit zusätzlich etwas Gemüsebrühe. Kochzeit: 15-20 Minuten. Danach kurz ruhenlassen und anschließend nach Belieben mit Butter & Parmesan verfeinern.
