Risotto allo zafferano - Risotto mit Safran

Hochwertiger Arborio-Reis wird mit reinem Safran verfeinert und verleiht diesem Risotto seine goldgelbe Farbe und sein unverwechselbares Aroma. Servieren Sie Risotto als Hauptgericht oder als komplexe Beilage zu Fisch oder Geflügel und begeistern Sie Ihre Gäste mit diesem außergewöhnlichen Gaumenschmaus!

Zubereitung

In einer Pfanne Zwiebeln, Salz und Pfeffer in nativem Olivenöl extra erhitzen, anschließend das Risotto hinzugeben und kurz anbraten. Geben Sie 850ml warmes Wasser hinzu und während der Garzeit zusätzlich etwas Gemüsebrühe. Kochzeit: 15-20 Minuten. Danach kurz ruhenlassen und anschließend nach Belieben mit Butter & Parmesan verfeinern.
