The packaging is rosé with a viewing window through which you can see the pasta framing the ladies face in the center.

The pasta is made using the traditional bronze process. The bronze mold leaves the surface of the pasta a little rougher and denser, allowing it to better absorb the sauce. A science in itself!

The recommended cooking time is 8-9 minutes in lightly salted water. Pour off the water after cooking, add seasonings and sauce to taste, serve immediately. Try our great pasta sauces to go with it.
