Tagliatelle made from durum wheat semolina with summer truffles, straight from Italy. The pasta is made using the traditional "al bronzo" bronze method. In this process, the fresh pasta dough made from durum wheat semolina, porcini mushrooms and summer truffles is pressed through a bronze mold instead of industrial steel molds. This makes the surface rougher, allowing the sauce to adhere better. In addition, the process exerts more pressure so that the pasta is denser and can be cooked perfectly "al dente".

With this pack, you can conjure up a delicious meal in just a few minutes. Tip: After cooking, simply toss in olive oil or butter/truffle butter and sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese. Or refine with fresh truffle or one of our sauces. Tagliatelle al Tartufo Cooking time depending on your personal taste: 6-9 minutes in lightly salted water.
