Eine Spezialität aus Frankreich Dômes aux Pistaches - Pistazien-Kuppeln in weißer Schokolade. Die Pistazienkekse werden aus einem Teig aus Reis, Buchweizen und Flohsamen gemacht und mit jeder Menge Pistazien angereichert. Die Kekse werden dann mit weißer Schokolade überzogen.
