Assortment consisting of 30 square fruit jellies made from selected fruits of the French regions Drôme Provencale, Haute Provance, Provance, Haute Var and Burgundy.

Traditionally made at Le Roy René .

The fruit pastes are handmade in the atelier in Haute-Provence, cooked in a cauldron and then cut by hand. The fruit, grown in Provence and subject to a strict selection control including a controlled traceability, is refined by the know-how of the pastry chefs
