Die Gebäckstückchen mit Pizzageschmack sehen aus wie Bauklötzchen, Mattoncino auf Italienisch.

Das Gebäck hat nur aus ein paar Zutaten: Mehl, Olivenöl, Salz, Tomate, Oregano, Zwiebel, Paprika. Es passt zu einem Glas Wein, Bier oder lässt sich einfach so genießen.
Unser Tipp: Vor dem Servieren leicht erwärmt, schmecken die Stückchen wie eine frisch gebackene Pizza.
