Die Gebäckstückchen mit Rosmarin sehen aus wie Bauklötzchen, Mattoncino auf Italienisch.

Das Gebäck hat nur vier Zutaten: Mehl, Olivenöl, Salz und Rosmarin. Es passt zu einem Glas Wein, Bier, als Aperitif oder lässt sich "einfach so" genießen.
Unser Tipp: Vor dem Servieren leicht erwärmt, schmeckt er wie frisch gebacken.
