100% Arabica highland coffee from the "Asociación Miguel Grau" from the province of Chanchamayo  which consists of 50 families, grown by hand and with sustainable methods.

• Varieties: Caturra & Catuai
• High mountain coffee: 1300 - 1720 meters above sea level.
• Process: Wet-processed, sun-dried and dark-roasted (espresso roast).
• Gentle notes of cocoa, caramel, Chocolate and vanilla.  Little bitterness and  pleasant finish.
• Suitable for all types of preparation.
