Das weiche Mandelgebäck wird mit kandierten Birnen und Schokoladen Stückchen verfeinert, bevor es in ein Flowpack gepackt wird und anschließend als Bonbon verpackt wird.

Die Pasticceria Eugenia aus Casale Monferrato gibt es seit 1986. Alle Produkte werden in der eigenen Manufaktur hergestellt.
