Gebäck mit Marzipan aus Italien

Das weiche Marzipangebäck mit Pistazien ist leicht herzustellen: beste Mandeln geschält oder ungeschält, Zucker, ein wenig Honig und Pistazien, abgerundet mit einem Hauch Vanille.

Das frische Marzipan wird geknetet und kurz gebacken. Beim Backen reißt der Teig ein wenig auf, was ihm seine unvergleiche und individuelle Form verleiht. Zum Schluss kommt ein wenig Puderzucker und Pistazienstaub darüber, fertig ist das köstliche Gebäck.
Es passt zu jeder Jahreszeit und zu jedem Anlass.

Die Kekse sind einzeln im Flowpack verpackt, so kann man sie bequem mitnehmen oder verschenken.
