Rosedes Griechisches Mandelmarzipan

Die griechischen Inseln sind berühmt für die Herstellung der köstlichen "Amygdalota" (griechisch für Mandelpaste), die sie den Gästen bei Hochzeiten und Taufen servieren.
Auf einigen Inseln nennen die Einheimischen ihre Amygdalota "Rosedes". Das Rezept für diese typisch griechischen "Rosedes" sammt von der Insel Kythera in Südgriechenland, der Heimat von Aphrodite und ihres Eros.
Unsere "Rosedes" sind mit Orangen und Walnüssen gefüllt.
