Plum seasoning chutney

The plum spice chutney is made from sun-ripened plums, tender currants and warming spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg to make a wonderful spice jam.

Chutney originally comes from Indian cuisine and is a spicy, sweet and sour, sometimes hot and spicy sauce. The variants are diverse. Chutneys can have completely different consistencies and ingredients, including pieces of fruit and vegetables. Only the English brought the chutneys to Europe in a modified form. They began to fill the sauces into glasses to extend the shelf life.

The plum chutney 80% fruit content goes perfectly with dark meat such as game or beef, with mature, strong cheese, with poultry liver with rocket salad or fresh goat's cheese.
