Tartufo con Amaretti sachet - light hazelnut truffles with amaretto biscuit pieces

The dark hazelnut truffles in a 200g gift bag are made from the best hazelnuts in the world: IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont. Most of the hazelnuts are finely ground and some are just chopped. Everything is mixed with sugar, whole milk powder and cocoa butter and formed into a long line and then I cut and packaged bite-sized pieces. The variant con Amaretti is refined with pieces of amaretto and individually in red paper packed up.

The manufacturer of the sweet delicacy is the Antica Torroneria Piemontese, which is now in the 4th generation of the family. It was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste.

Piedmont is famous for its hazelnuts and wine, as well as its lifestyle. Our Tartufo con Amaretti with their red color are a nice gift for the Advent and Christmas season.
