Tartufo Stracciatella sachet - white hazelnut truffles with chocolate chips

The Italian truffles are made from the famous IGP hazelnuts, the Tonda Gentile from Langhe. They are mixed with sugar, cocoa butter and cocoa powder, shaped and then packed into small, bite-sized pieces. The Tartufi Stracciatella are white hazelnut pralines mixed with chocolate chips.

The Antica Torroneria Piemontese was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste and is now in the 4th generation of the family. In addition to the Tartufi, other products such as torrone and gianduja are made from the hazelnuts.

The Tartufi Stracciatella are individually packed in a transparent bag and are therefore ideal as a companion to coffee or just like that.
