Diese Schokolade kommt aus Bolivien. Die Kakaobohnen wachsen im Regenwald des Amazonas Gebietes im Nordosten des Landes in der Region Beni. Nur die einheimischen indigenen Bauern wissen, wo die Kakaobäume stehen. Der Wildkakao wächst ohne Fremdeinwirkung jeglicher Art und hat entsprechende Aromen. Die Kakaobauern werden über Radion geschult, um die komplexe Fermentation durchführen zu können und die Kakaobohnen im Anschluss richtig zu trocknen. Wenn sie guten Kakao produzieren, erhalten sie entsprechend hohe Preise.
