This chocolate comes from the Lam Dong region of Vietnam , in the famous Mekong Delta. It tastes like bread, raisins, balsamic vinegar with a black cherry finish.

The cocoa beans in this light blue chocolate come from the hilly highlands between Madagui and Bao Loc in Vietnam. The chocolate is soy-free, lecithin-free and contains no dairy products. It has fine aromas that are reminiscent of spices.

The chocolate is made in Saigon . The cocoa beans are fermented and dried on site by the local cocoa farmers.

The Lam Dong 75% Single Origin Dark Chocolate from Marou is a must for every chocolate connoisseur.
