Diese Schokolade stammt aus der Lam Dong Region Vietnams, im bekannten Mekong Delta. Es schmeckt nach Brot, Rosinen, Balsamico mit einem Abgang von Schwarzkirsche. Dann wird der Geschmack cremig und "körnig". Wie aus dem Nichts wird alles fruchtig, mit einigen Orangen und Pfirsichen, die eine interessante Kombination ergeben. Ein Hauch von Vanille fügt der Reise der Aromen zusätzliche Süße hinzu. Der Nachgeschmack lässt alle extravaganten Aromen verschwinden und hinterlässt nur den wohligen Geschmack von gelungener Schokolade.

Die Kakaobohnen dieser hellblau verpackten Schokolade stammen aus dem hügeligen Hochland zwischen Madagui und Bao Loc in Vietnam. Die Schokolade ist sojafrei, nussfrei, lezithinfrei und enthält keine Milchprodukte. Sie hat feine Aromen, die an Gewürze erinnern.

Die Schokolade wird in Saigon hergestellt. Die Kakaobohnen werden von den lokalen Kakaobauern vor Ort fermentiert und getrocknet.
