Tien Giang 70% dark Chocolate Single Origin

Dark chocolate of origin from Vietnam

It has notes of fruit and honey . One is astonished by the intense taste of the beans, because the chocolate has no added flavor. The fruity, sweet taste comes exclusively from the Vietnamese Trinitario cocoa .

The cocoa beans of this one Dark blue wrapped chocolate comes out of the Mekong Delta. They are from the Cho Gao Cooperative in grown from non-certified organic farming. The chocolate is:

  • soy free
  • lecithin free
  • lactose free

Awards:
Academy of Chocolate 2013 silver in the category Best Dark Bean to Bar Chocolate

The chocolate is made in Saigon . The cocoa beans are fermented and dried on site from the local cocoa beans.
