This chocolate made from 80% cocoa not only tastes good, it has also won prizes. It has spicy and fruity notes.

The Trinitario cocoa beans this one Chocolate come out of the light green wrapped Mekong Delta in Vietnam. They are from the Cho Gao Cooperative in grown in non-certified organic farming. The chocolate is soy-free , lecithin- free and lactose-free .
