Misky means "sweet and lovely" in the Inca language. The cacao for this chocolate comes from a plantation that is still intact. The parents have decided to preserve the cacao trees so that their children have a future. The children are taught how cacao is grown and cared for in order to earn a living. Therefore, this chocolate was dedicated to the children. They are involved with their families in the sustainable cultivation of cacao.

The cacao from which the chocolate was made is the Chuncho original cacao. It grows in remote Andean valleys in the Vraem region of southern Peru. Chuncho cacao is one of the rarest, most pristine and finest cacao varieties in the world. It has a fascinating aroma and flavor profile with low acidity and delicate smoothness.

The dark chocolate has notes of raisins, plums and hazelnut.
