Bean-To-Bar Chocolate made in Germany from Indonesian cocoa beans from the island of Sumba. The cooperative in Indonesia harvests and ferments the cocoa beans for at least 5 days, turning them daily.

The chocolate is vegan.

Since 2021, Eberhard Schell has gone under the Bean-To-Bar manufacturers and produces its chocolate in Gundelsheim am Neckar itself. With the purchase of this chocolate they support his environmental project in Kalimantan on the Indonesian part of Borneo. The light-colored wrapper is made from cocoa fibers from the pods of the cacao.
