Die Kakaosorte ist selten und hat einen hohen Criolloanteil. Criollo ist der beste und nobelste Kakao der Welt.

In Guatemala wurde über die Jahrhunderte eine einzigartige Kakaosorte angebaut, die die Aromen von Criollo und Trinitario vereint. Die indigenen Kakaobauern von der FEDECOVERA Kooperative in Guatemala haben diese Kakaosorte angebaut, um das Erbe der Maya zu bewahren und diese extrem seltene und regionale, feine Kakaosorte anzubauen.

In der Zotter Manufaktur wird der Kakao mit der neuen Softnebelröstung veredelt und ein erstklassiges Aromenspektrum erzeugt. Die Kakaobohnen werden 25 Stunden conchiert.

Die Schokolade Zotter Labooko 75% Guatemala Bio, Fair, vegan hat einen Fair gehandeltem Anteil von 100%.
