38% with Vinschgau apricot brandy

Tiroler Edle with apricot - handmade milk chocolate with noble brandy from the Vinschgau apricot from the noble Tyrolean Grauvieh for noble connoisseurs.

Only couverture from the top houses Felchlin (Switzerland) and Domori (Italy) is used as the basis for these chocolates. Hansjörg Haag scoops liquid chocolate mass into molds and taps it out again, leaving only a fine shell in the mold. After a short period of solidification, it is filled with organic fresh cream truffle from Tyrolean grey cattle and then sealed. Once the chocolate has cooled, Hansjörg Haag carefully knocks it out of the molds and, last but not least, it is lovingly packaged by hand by his wife Petra. The "Tiroler Edle" comes naturally without artificial preservatives and should therefore be enjoyed soon.
