Tartufo Cioccolate al Latte Nocciole Caramellato

Die Haselnuss Trüffel mit Milch Schokolade und karamelisierten Haselnüssenwerden aus den besten Haselnüssen der Welt hergestellt: den IGP Haselnüssen aus dem Piemont. Die Haselnüsse werden dafür zum Großteil fein vermahlen und ein Teil nur gehackt. Alles wird mit Zucker, Vollmilchpulver und Kakaobutter gemischt und in eine lange Schlange geformt und dann ich mundgerechte Stückchen geschnitten und verpackt. Bei der Variante Cioccolate al Latte e Nocciole Caramellato werden die Haselnüsse erst geröstet und karamelisiert. Danach mit der Schokoladenmasse vermengt.

Der Hersteller der süßen Köstlichkeit ist die Antica Torroneria Piemontese, die schon in der 4. Generation von der Familie geführt wird. Gegründet wurde sie im Jahre 1885 von Giuseppe Sebaste.

Die Tartufo sind einzeln verpackt in lila Einwickelpapier. Sweet Fingerfood.

Das Piemont ist berühmt für seine Haselnüsse und seinen Wein, sowie sein Lebensgefühl. Unsere Tartufo Cioccolate al Latte e Nocciole Caramellato sind ideale Begleiter zum Kaffee.
