The juicy clementines come from Calabria in the south of Italy. More precisely, Calabria forms the sole of the shoe and the "toes" of the country. On the Favella estate in the plain around Sibari, the Rizzo family is already the third generation to live on a farm focused on sustainability. The farm is equipped with modern photovoltaic systems and operates CO2 neutral.
The clementines grow to optimal ripeness, are picked and then candied for 25 days in a gentle process. They are then carefully dried and then covered with dark chocolate.
The candied fruits are individually wrapped. They go perfectly with a glass of champagne served ice cold or a glass of rum or just like that.
The candied clementines coated with dark chocolate weigh about 14g each.
