Die Schokolade unterscheidet sich von den traditionellen fruchtigen Aromen des Sambirano im Nordwesten Madagaskars. Sie hat Aromen von Karamell, Walnuss, Banane und einen langen Abgang. Sie wird nur aus Kakaobohnen und Rohrzucker hergestellt, sonst nichts.2017 wurde sie von der Academy of Chocolate mit Silber ausgezeichnet.
