The hazelnut truffles with milk chocolate and caramelized hazelnuts are made from the best hazelnuts in the world: the IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont. Most of the hazelnuts are finely ground and some are just chopped. Everything is mixed with sugar, whole milk powder and cocoa butter and formed into a long snake and then I cut bite-sized pieces and packaged. In the Cioccolate al Latte e Nocciole Caramellato version, the hazelnuts are first roasted and caramelized. Then mixed with the chocolate mass.

The manufacturer of the sweet delicacy is Antica Torroneria Piemontese, which is already in the 4th generation of the family. It was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste.

The tartufo are individually wrapped in purple wrapping paper. Sweet Fingerfood.
