Lamorresi Pralinen mit Grappa, Rum und Barolo - in dunkler Schokolade

Die dunklen Pralinen von Giovanni Cogno sind mit alkoholischen Cremes gefüllt. Wahlweise mit

  • Grappa di Moscato
  • Grappa di Barolo
  • Rum
  • Barolo Cru Bronate

Die Pralinés sind einzeln in bunte Papierchen gewickelt. Ideal zum Abschluss einer Mahlzeit zu einem Espresso oder für zwischendurch, um den Tag zu versüßen.
Die Pralinen sind zum schnellen Verzehr gedacht.

Der Namensgeber der Pralinen ist der kleine Ort La Morra, wo die Produktion der kleinen Köstlichkeiten liegt. Es ist ein Nachbarort von dem berühmten Weinort Barolo. Die Schokopralinés werden in Kleinstmengen hergestellt  und haben kein langes Haltbarkeitsdatum, damit der betörende Duft bestmöglich präsent bleibt.
