The Organic chocolate is produced from bean to bean (bean-to-bar) in the manufacture of Coppeneur.

Packaged is the 75% Ecuador Dark Chocolate Organic - dark chocolate all in black with beige-colored label.

Coppeneur is one of the few Bean-To-Bar manufacturers in Germany. Oliver Coppeneur travels the cocoa plantations himself and convinces himself of the sustainable cultivation and fair payment of his cocoa farmers. In Bad Honnef, he processes the cocoa beans into his Cru de Cao Organic chocolate series. The cocoa content ranges from 61% - 100% pure cocoa mass without any added sugar.
