Eierpunsch Kugel in dunkler Schokolade

Die dunkle Schokoladenkugel ist mit einer Eierpunsch Creme gefüllt mit einem Schuss Rum, Ceylon Zimt und einem (oder zwei) Tropfen Orangenlikör. Eine köstliche Kugel perfekt zur Adventszeit.

Coppeneur ist einer der wenigen deutschen Chocolatiers, die bean to bar produzieren und hierbei hochwertige Kakaosorten verarbeiten. Oliver Coppeneur kennt die Plantagen von denen er seine Kakaobohnen bezieht. In Bad Honnef werden die edlen Kakaosorten zu bester Schokolade verarbeitet. Die Crue de Cao-Chocoladen werden während des ganzen Herstellungsprozesses genau beobachtet und überwacht. Nur so können sich die für ihre Herkunft typischen Aromen am besten entwickeln und entfalten. Geniessen Sie edle Schokolade made in Germany.
