Jens Kamin has refined this dark 70% Chocolate with cassava, also known as manioc, tapioca or yuca. It is his own favorite chocolate.

The cocoa beans come from Öko Caribe in the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic was the first country in the world to grow organic cocoa and then export it. The cocoa is of very high quality and is prized all over the world.

At Definite Chocolate only uses cocoa varieties from the island, which have different flavors.
