Medagla 70% dark chocolate from Nicaragua

There are only 250 of these bars . The rare cocoa beans from Nicaragua have aromas of red fruits and an explosive mix of spicy notes and baked fruit notes.

Mikkel Friis-Holm: "All our cocoa is ethically correct and sourced directly from the smallholders."

The chocolate reached the finals of the International Chocolate Awards in 2013.
