Gianduja Dark Chocolate Nougat Chocolate

Vegan Bean-To-Bar Chocolate

The chocolate is finely ground together with roasted hazelnuts to Gianduja. This results in a melt-in-the-mouth hazelnut and chocolate experience.

Solkiki uses hazelnuts from Piedmont (I.G.P. hazelnuts are considered the best in the world) and grinds them together with Gran Palo Blanco cocoa beans. The combination of these crucial ingredients shows the harmony between 2 high quality and tasty ingredients.  Technically a dark chocolate, with 49% it is also popular with fans of milk chocolate.
