Zitronenstäbchen in Zartbitterschokolade

Die Zitronenstäbchen kommen aus der Frankreich und werden nach traditionellem Rezept hergestellt.  Die gute Qualität der Früchte ist Grundvoraussetzung für das spätere Produkt. Die Zitronen werden sorgfältig gewaschen und die Schalen in Streifen geschnitten. Danach werden sie mehrmals in Zuckersirup aufgekocht, langsam abgekühlt und dann mit dunkler Schokolade überzogen.

Wir verpacken die Zitronenstäbchen kandiert in dunkler Schokolade von Cluizel in Tütchen à 100g.
