Cremino Limoncello Pallini

Der Cremino ist eine Spezialität aus dem Piemont in Italien. Es ist eine Schicht Nougat Praline bestehend aus zwei äußeren Gianduja Schichten und einer mittleren Schicht. Meist besteht diese aus einer Lage mit Kaffee-, Zitrone- oder Haselnusspaste. In unserem Fall besteht sie aus einer Schokoladen Mandelcreme und einem Schuss Limoncello von Pallini.

Pallini ist ein traditionelles Unternehmen aus Rom, das sich auf Fruchtsirup spezialisiert hat. Der Limoncello wird aus frischer Zitronenschale von Zitronen der Amalfiküste hergestellt. Die Schalen werden in reinem Alkohol aus Zuckerrübenmolasse eingelegt. Nach einem geheimen Rezept des Hauses Pallini wird danach Rübenzucker und Zitronenöl zugegeben.

Jede Praline ist einzeln verpackt. Enthält Alkohol.
