The Cremino is a specialty from Piedmont in Italy. It is a layer of nougat praline consisting of two outer Gianduja layers and a middle layer. Usually this consists of a layer with coffee, lemon or hazelnut paste. In our case, it consists of a chocolate almond cream and a dash of Pallini's Limoncello.
Pallini is a traditional company from Rome that specializes in fruit syrups. The limoncello is made from fresh lemon peel from lemons on the Amalfi Coast. The peels are preserved in pure alcohol made from sugar beet molasses. According to a secret recipe of the Pallini house, beet sugar and lemon oil are then added.
Each praline is individually wrapped. Contains alcohol.
