Diese dunkle Bean-to-Bar Schokolade kommt aus Thailand von der kleinen Manufaktur Paradai. Der Kakao kommt aus dem Süden des Landes aus der Region Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Die Aromen des Kakaos sind: exotische Früchte, Physalis, Hibiskus, Waldboden und Cashewkerne.

Eigentlich sind die beiden Gründer von Paradai Kaffeeröster. Irgendwann wurden sie jedoch neugierig auf Kakao und begannen selbst Schokolade herzustellen. Im Süden des Landes in der Region Nakhon Si Thammarat gibt es viele Kakaobauern, so dass sie hier begannen Kakao abzunehmen. Die Welt wurde auf Paradai Thai Craft Chocolate wegen der zahlreichen Auszeichnungen bei den International Chocolate Awards und der Academy of Chocolate aufmerksam.
