Kakaopulver so wie es sein soll: naturbelassen, nicht alkalisiert. Natürlich ist das Kakaopulver ohne zugesetztem Zucker und mit hohem Magnesium- und Ballaststoffgehalt. Der Kakao stammt asu Phuket von der hauseigenen Plantage der Familie von Warit, einem der Gründer von Paradai. Warit ist dort aufgewachsen und kennt von seiner Mutter alle Pflanzen, auch Kakao. Die Fermentation passiert auch gleich vor Ort, ebenso wie die Trocknung. Verarbeitet wird der Kakao in der Altstadt von Phuket in der hauseigenen Manufaktur von Paradai in der Yaowarat Road, wo er auch gleich als Trinkschokolade genossen werden kann.

Ein Blick sollte man auch auf das filigrane Etikett der Dose werfen. Man findet Gebäude aus der Altstadt von Phuket, Ramakien Figuren und die Kakaobäuerinnen, die Kakaoschalen in der Hand halten.
