Sao Tomé 75% dunkle BIO Schokolade

Die kleine Insel Sao Tomé vor der Küste Westafrikas kennt man kaum und doch hat sie eine lange und reiche Kakaotradition. Es ist eine einzigartige Ursprungsschokolade mit 75 % Kakaoanteil mit einem tropischen Aroma und durch 19 Stunden Conchierzeit mit einem fantastischen Schmelz. Für eine 75% Schokolade ist sie erstaunlich mild und mit einem roten Kirschunterton und Noten von Leder und Tabak.

Die Insel São Tomé ist nach der Entdeckung am Thomastag, am 21. Dezember 1471 durch João de Santarém nach dem heiligen Apostel Thomas benannt.

Eine echte Kakao-Rarität: Sao Tomé 75% dunkle BIO Schokolade, Bean-to-Bar Schokolade.
