Wodka in Vollmilchschokolade Pralinenkugel

Die Pralinenkugeln aus Vollmilchschokolade mit einem Kakaogehalt von mindestens 34% füllen wir mit gesüßtem, flüssigem Wodka. Sie enthalten somit Alkohol. Die Hohlkörper für die Pralinenkugeln werden noch traditionell n der Manufaktur geschleudert und sind vom ersten Arbeitsschritt an hausgemacht. Nach dem Erkalten werden sie gefüllt, bis sie ziemlich genau 20 g wiegen.

Die Cognac Kugel in Zartbitterschokolade von Sawade sind einzeln verpackt und in hellblauem Papier eingewicket.
