Tartufo Bianco Dolce - White Hazelnut Truffle

Die weißen Haselnuss Trüffel werden aus den besten Haselnüssen der Welt hergestellt: den IGP Haselnüssen aus dem Piemont. Die Haselnüsse werden dafür zum Großteil fein vermahlen und ein Teil nur gehackt. Alles wird mit Zucker, Vollmilchpulver und Kakaobutter gemischt und in eine lange Schlange geformt und dann ich mundgerechte Stückchen geschnitten und verpackt.

Die Hersteller der süßen Köstlichkeit ist die Antica Torroneria Piemontese, die schon in der 4. Generation von der Familie geführt wird. Gegründet wurde sie im Jahre 1885 von Giuseppe Sebaste.

Das Piemont ist berühmt für seine Haselnüsse und seinen Wein, sowie sein Lebensgefühl. Unsere Tartufo bianco dolce sind ein kleiner Ausdruck dafür.
